The call for proposals for the new Resilient, Inclusive, and Sustainable Environments (RISE) grants challenge is now open! Funded by USAID, RISE is a direct response to a landmark study on gender-based violence and environment linkages by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The RISE grants challenge is seeking proposals that adopt evidence-based strategies to prevent, mitigate, and respond to the risk of gender-based violence as it relates to the environment, climate change, and natural resource management.
