Doing Nexus Differently: How can Humanitarian and Development Actors Link or Integrate Humanitarian Action, Development, and Peace?

This discussion paper by CARE International in the MENA region addresses the need for a more integrated approach to humanitarian, development, and peace activities (the Nexus). It targets global stakeholders in the humanitarian and development sectors. The paper aims to present evidence supporting a more effective Nexus approach and to foster dialogue, collaboration, and innovation among peer organizations and partners. It draws on diverse resources, including webinars, surveys, case studies, and literature reviews, to inform and influence how the Nexus is implemented both globally and locally.
