Recent estimates show that even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has been off track to meet its targets for Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger. Data from the United Nations also shows that at least 120 million more people faced hunger in 2020 compared to in 2019.

There is an urgent need to reshape current approaches to food security and nutrition. This report explores the challenges and potential pathways for more sustainable and resilient food systems.
