Practitioners Toolkit: Humanitarian-Development-Peace Coherence

This toolkit draws from research that explored the topic of humanitarian-development coherence (HDC) in the education sector in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with a particular focus on three cases: Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. It guides practitioners in translating the Humanitarian-Development-Cooperation (HDC) concept into practical implementation, offering recommendations to facilitate dialogue among various stakeholders. Developed collaboratively through research and validated in a workshop, it draws on complementary concepts, qualitative input, and findings from the companion report, "Conflict and Coherence."
