FY 2014 Request for Applications for Title II Development Food Assistance Programs

Below, please find the amended Fiscal Year 2014 (FY 2014) Request for Applications (RFA) for Title II Development Food Assistance Programs in Burundi, Madagascar and Malawi. The attachments for FY 2014 include the RFA itself along with country-specific information for the three countries indicated (i.e., Burundi, Madagascar and Malawi).

Applications are due on Thursday, April 3rd by 11:59 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Applications are submitted at the risk of the applicant, and all preparation and submission costs are at the applicant's expense.

USAID reserves the right to adjust the number of awards, funding levels and sources of funding, given the budget environment and other considerations.

Please note that no FFP country backstop officers or field representatives should be contacted about information contained in the RFA materials.  All comments and inquiries should be directed to Juli Majernik at jmajernik@usaid.gov with a copy to FFPDocs@amexdc2.com.

FFP technical experts relied on comments received from the food aid community as well as input from the June meeting with representatives of the Title II community hosted by TOPS concerning the FY 2013 RFA for several of the changes in this FY 2014 RFA.
