DryDev’s project  goal  is  to  create  a  world  where “households  in  the  project  intervenon  area  have  transioned  from  subsistence  agriculture  and  emergency  assistance  to  sustainable  rural  livelihoods  supported  in  a  flourishing  economy.”  DryDev  believes  that  community  leaders  and  talented  members  of  the  community  are  capable  of  creang  systemic  change  with  effecve  accountability  and  social  engagement.  As  a  result,  the  implementaon  team  at  the  local  level  was  limited  to  the  focal  point  and  a  communal  facilitator  who  support  community‐based innovaon plaorms.
