Join the QualME (Qualitative Monitoring and Evaluation) peer community for an online discussion on Qualitative Methods and Tools for Process Monitoring.  During the event, IDEAL QPIA awardees from International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS) and Causal Design will discuss effective practices for integrating qualitative methods into existing M&E systems for food security activities including:

  • Using Participatory Action Research (PAR) methods such as PhotoVoice to inform outcome and process monitoring.
  • Using Qualitative Monitoring Module (QMM) tools for assessing how local community dynamics, including the role of informal institutions and local governance actors, affect food security programming activities.

Join the quarterly QualME meeting to meet colleagues who work with qualitative approaches to M&E and share your experience. This event will include small group discussions facilitated by QualME core group members. QualME, a peer community supported by IDEAL, is designed to advance M&E qualitative best practices and tools and to share resources among M&E and program staff.
