The Reduced Access Analytical Methods (RAAM) toolkit is a new resource for humanitarian and development implementers facing the reality of reduced or restricted access to the communities they serve. In these contexts, traditional monitoring methods tend to be constrained in ways that make it hard for implementers to be confident in their decisions and outcomes. The RAAM toolkit provides detailed guidance and tools for implementers to supplement traditional monitoring with alternative sources of information, creating a more holistic, accurate, and reliable picture of the program and context. RAAM addresses both the technical and managerial challenges that implementer teams frequently encounter, and has been shown to spark cross-departmental collaboration that has benefits beyond monitoring. This webinar will introduce the toolkit and provide a space for implementers to ask questions and share their experiences with reduced access challenges. The RAAM Toolkit was developed by Mercy Corps with the support of USAID's Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance.
